QMK and VIA
QMK is open-source keyboard firmware; VIA is an app that remaps a QMK keyboard without rebuilding the firmware.
With a QMK/VIA board you can move any key, for example Command and Option on a Mac, and save several layers of keymaps on the keyboard itself. Some users report extra setup steps on macOS, so plan a few minutes for it.
